Mendham Township is a thriving Morris County community located just 30 miles west of New York City.
The population of the community was about 5,400 as of the 2000 Census.
Mendham Township was first incorporated in 1798. A few years later, the community was split when portions of the community were used to form Randolph Township.
By 1906, residents adopted the borough form of government for Mendham.
Today, Mendham County is highly regarded as an affluent community, with many of its residents commuting into New York City.

School-age children living in this New Jersey community are zoned for Mendham Township Public Schools for elementary and middle school and the West Morris Regional High School District for high school.
Specifically, residents attend:
